A public-use airpark, Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) serves the Augusta metropolitan area in central Georgia. Formerly Albany Army Airfield and Bush Field, AGS covers 1,411 acres – and encompasses two runways.
Made a commercial airpark in 1950; AGS is now serviced by Delta Air Lines and US Airways. Formally Augusta Regional Airport at Bush Field, AGS features daily flights to Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina.
